I hadn’t been to the office for three years because of Covid and was nervous. Found that the same welcoming, encouraging, competent and laughter-filled environment still reigned. It was wonderful to be back seeing Dr. Harrop and her marvellous crew. I always feel I am in excellent and caring hands with them!

The staff at Balmoral Dental are all amazing. From the time you walk in until you leave, you are put at ease and treated so well. They are efficient and very friendly. Never kept waiting. Always accommodating. I have never had anything but the best experience here (and i have always been someone who dreads going to the dentist).

Amazingly great experience with Dr. Harrop! I had a bad experience with my previous dentist and ever since, I have been intimidated to see a dentist. Dr. Harrop made it seem like an easy, smooth, and even fun experience with her patience and outstanding skill. Olga, the dental assistant, was amazing too - super caring and friendly! If there is a better Dentist in Canada than Kimberly Harrop I will be in deep shock! Long History, Great Work and Ambience. ------------------- I have had lousy teeth all my life. Since writing the above I have needed a long haul of work. It was like having a Mother looking after me. Dr.Kim and her people are great finding time when I had and emergency and following up after every visit to see if all was working as required. Bravo! (Never a saw a child in the waiting room crying or hysterical.) Every person I sent to Dr. Kim wound up bringing the whole family.

I hate goin to the dentist but I Love Dr.KimHarrop the friendly personal vibes i always get when I went the other day i had a sore tooth and left a message on the weekend I actually got a call sunday nite asking if i could come in at 8:00am monday morning i said yes and a crak in my tooth was filled So no more Pain

Excellent dentist. I have been going to Dr Harrop and team for 25 yrs. Now my children and my first grand child go! Knowledgeable, punctual, very clean, very polite-experts all around. A great dentist is like gold. I highly recommend.!
